All GastroZukunft features at a glance

GastroZukunft is software for restaurants, snack bars and delivery services in Germany. Every business gets its own website with its own address, a digital menu, an online ordering system for pickup and delivery, an order centre for everyday work, an app for the phone and, if wanted, digital menu boards for the shop. Orders run through your own site: 0 % commission per order. The servers are located in Germany.

What GastroZukunft does at its core

• Your own ordering shop instead of someone else's portal. Your guests order on your site; the data and the relationship with the guest stay with you.
• One menu, many outputs. The same dishes appear on the website, in the ordering process, on printed menus and on the screens in the shop.
• Five languages. The guest view is available in German, English, Arabic, Turkish and Kurdish, with Arabic shown right to left.
• Everyday work is built in. Preparation times, order pause, cancellation window, sound alert and ticket printing are part of the system, not add-ons.
• The numbers carry on. VAT per category, receipts and invoices, daily and monthly reports, export for your tax advisor.

• VAT in a Restaurant: Setting 7 % and 19 % Correctly — VAT in a restaurant: assign 7 %, 19 % or a custom rate per category under Buchhaltung → MwSt.-Sätze. Categories without an assigned rate stay untaxed.
• Receipt or invoice for the guest — Receipt or invoice for the guest: every order produces a receipt as a PDF, and you create the invoice with a sequential number from the order number.
