Your guests order directly through your own website – without any third party in between. From the cart to the completed order, everything runs in your system, and you stay in control.
Ordering directly from you
Guests add dishes to the cart, choose pickup or delivery and complete the order. Variants, extras and selection groups are calculated correctly in the process.
Pickup or delivery
You decide whether you offer pickup only, delivery only or both. The matching fields (e.g. address and delivery area) appear automatically. Details under Delivery & Pickup.
Preferred time & estimated time
Guests choose a preferred time within your opening and ordering hours. For orders with payment on site, the displayed time initially serves as an estimated guide value and becomes binding as soon as you accept the order.
Several payment methods
Cash and card payment on site are available locally; online payment can be enabled on request. All details on the Payment Methods page.
Calculated safely, completed in legal compliance
Prices, discounts, delivery and deposit (Pfand) amounts are verified server-side – not in the guest's browser. The completion meets the legal requirements: the button Order with obligation to pay (§ 312j BGB), terms confirmation and the notice on the right of withdrawal for services (§ 312g BGB). You stay in control
You can pause online acceptance at any time or activate a maintenance mode – without your website going offline.

Can my guests order directly through my own website instead of through outside portals?
Yes. With the GastroZukunft online ordering system everything from the cart to the completed order runs on your own website, without a third party in between, with 0 % commission per order. The checkout contains the button Zahlungspflichtig bestellen (order with obligation to pay, § 312j BGB), the terms confirmation and the notice on the right of withdrawal for services (§ 312g BGB).
Do I have to offer online payment so that guests can order online?
No. Cash and card payment on site are available locally, and online payment can be enabled on request. Prices, discounts, delivery and deposit (Pfand) amounts are verified server-side, not in the browser of the guest.
Can I pause online ordering when the kitchen is overloaded?
Yes. Under Einstellungen → Online-Bestellungen the switch Bestellungen über die Website zulassen is on by default; if you switch it off, the menu stays visible, cart and checkout are locked and the display changes to PAUSIERT (paused). There is also the maintenance mode, off by default, which locks menu and search with a maintenance notice, and you can enter a date and time at which the lock ends automatically.
I only offer pickup, is that possible without delivery?
Yes. Under Logistik → Service-Optionen you choose Abholung (pickup), Lieferung (delivery) or Beide (both); the matching fields such as delivery address and delivery area appear automatically. For delivery or both you first create at least one delivery price by postcode and/or by distance, otherwise the service type cannot be saved.
How do I set the times at which guests can order?
You enter your pickup or delivery times per weekday; two time windows are possible per day (e.g. lunch and evening) and the second must begin after the first, a window running past midnight counts as +1 day, and a day left empty shows guests Geschlossen (closed). The times are usually saved automatically; if manual saving is active in your administration, you confirm with the save button.
Where do I see the orders that come in through the website?
In the order centre under Bestellungen: the open orders refresh about every 4 seconds and are split into two lanes, deliveries and pickup, with counters at the top for open orders, orders completed today and loaded orders. For payment on site, the preferred time chosen by the guest first counts as an estimated guide value and becomes binding as soon as you accept the order.
