Your guests order directly through your own website – without any third party in between. From the cart to the completed order, everything runs in your system, and you stay in control.
Ordering directly from you
Guests add dishes to the cart, choose pickup or delivery and complete the order. Variants, extras and selection groups are calculated correctly in the process.
Pickup or delivery
You decide whether you offer pickup only, delivery only or both. The matching fields (e.g. address and delivery area) appear automatically. Details under Delivery & Pickup.
Preferred time & estimated time
Guests choose a preferred time within your opening and ordering hours. For orders with payment on site, the displayed time initially serves as an estimated guide value and becomes binding as soon as you accept the order.
Several payment methods
Cash and card payment on site are available locally; online payment can be enabled on request. All details on the Payment Methods page.
Calculated safely, completed in legal compliance
Prices, discounts, delivery and deposit (Pfand) amounts are verified server-side – not in the guest's browser. The completion meets the legal requirements: the button Order with obligation to pay (§ 312j BGB), terms confirmation and the notice on the right of withdrawal for services (§ 312g BGB). You stay in control
You can pause online acceptance at any time or activate a maintenance mode – without your website going offline.
