Order Centre – all orders at a glance

The Order Centre bundles all incoming orders in one place. You see new orders instantly, accept them and carry them through to completion – on the tablet in your venue or via the app.

Informed instantly

New orders announce themselves with an alert tone and a notice; if a confirmed order is left unattended, the signal becomes more pronounced. On request, you additionally receive a push notification on your smartphone – see Restaurant App.

Accept, prepare, complete

Orders move through clear steps – from new through in progress to done. When you accept an order, you confirm the expected time to the guest at the same time.

Print receipt

Provided a receipt printer is set up, a new or accepted order can be printed automatically as a receipt – with a test print for checking.

Keep guests informed

Inform your guests with one click via WhatsApp or phone about acceptance or cancellation. For delivery you can send the order details as a WhatsApp message to your own number. This is expressly not a driver dispatch or tracking system.

Cancel & tidy up

Decline an order with a reason; completed and cancelled orders move into clear archives that you can tidy up.
