The Order Centre at a Glance

What is this? The Order Centre brings together all incoming orders in one place. For an overview, see Order Centre – all orders at a glance. You open it via Orders.

What you see

• At the top, counters (open orders, completed today, loaded).
• Sections for live tickets, signal tones, printers, cancellation window, cancelled cards, completed tickets and DSGVO (GDPR).

Live tickets

The open orders refresh about every 4 seconds (less often in the background). They are split into two lanes: Deliveries and Collection. If there is nothing to do, it shows „No open orders“.

Keeping the tablet awake

On a kitchen tablet, the „Keep display awake“ function keeps the screen on. This requires HTTPS and a brief tap on the screen; on some devices (e.g. some iPhones/iPads) it is not available.
