Set the cancellation window for guests
What is this? The time window in which guests may cancel their order themselves online. The overview is provided by Order Hub. You set it in the Cancellation window section.
Setting the window
- Define how many minutes guests may cancel themselves after ordering. The default is 10 minutes (adjustable from 0 to 240).
- Cancellation is only possible as long as the kitchen has not yet started.
By phone only (alternative)
If you choose „No, by phone only“, there is no online cancellation – guests then contact you directly.
What guests experience
- Within the window → cancellation possible; with online payment the amount is refunded automatically.
- After the window or once preparation is underway → a notice to get in touch via WhatsApp/phone. The guest side is described in Cancel an order (for guests).
