How to order – step by step
What is this? This guide shows you in detail how to order online. For a quick overview, see How ordering works.
1. Open the menu
Open the menu – via the QR code at your table or on the website. At the top you can choose your language (see Change language).
2. Pick & customize a dish
Tap a dish. Depending on what's offered, you choose a size, extras or a required selection, and with "Please without …" you leave ingredients out. The price updates instantly. Then you add the dish to your cart.
3. Pickup or delivery
In the cart you choose pickup or delivery. For delivery you enter your address; the delivery fee and minimum order value are shown to you right away. If your address is outside the delivery area, you'll be told straight away.
4. Choose your preferred time
Pick a time within the opening or delivery hours. The time shown is at first an estimated guideline and becomes binding as soon as the restaurant accepts your order.
5. Paying
- Cash payment is usually available to you, while card on site and online payment are not offered by every restaurant.
- If you pay on site, you need a phone number and must then briefly confirm the order afterwards – more under Confirm your order & time limit.
- An online payment runs securely through a verified payment partner.
6. Complete the order
Check everything in the overview, accept the terms and conditions, and order with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. Afterwards you can have a receipt shown to you – see Order history, receipt & tracking.
