Clean up archives (≠ GDPR deletion)

Cleaning up lists

• Under Cancelled cards and Completed tickets you will find the closed orders, separated by delivery and pickup.
• With „Delete cancelled/completed“ you empty the respective list so that the view stays clear.

Important: this is not a GDPR deletion

Emptying these lists only removes the display – it is not a deletion under data protection law of the order data. A genuine disclosure, anonymisation or deletion of guest data takes place in the GDPR (DSGVO) area, see Disclosure, deletion & anonymisation. How long data is retained automatically is described in Data retention & deadlines.
