Set Up Delivery & Pickup Flexibly
Offer pickup, delivery or both – with delivery areas that fit your venue exactly. The price calculation runs server-side, fair and transparent.
Deliver, pick up – or both
Choose your service type. For delivery, you define a delivery area – by postal code or by distance. You can also combine the two.
Delivery areas by postal code (PLZ)
Set a delivery fee and a minimum order value per postal code. Larger postal codes can be split into named sub-areas; the guest then selects the matching area. If an address lies outside your delivery area, the delivery is cleanly declined.
Delivery areas by distance
Define zones by distance (e.g. tiers in kilometres), each with its own delivery fee and minimum order value – optionally with a radius as the outer boundary. Free delivery above a certain order value can also be set up.
Estimated arrival time & route
Your guests see an estimated arrival time and – if enabled and with consent – a map showing the route. This is a time-based estimate for orientation; there is no live location tracking of the driver.
Always calculated correctly
The delivery fee, minimum order value and area assignment are determined server-side – regardless of whether the map is shown. This way the guest always sees the correct price, and the order matches your delivery area.
