How you order in just a few steps
Ordering online from your favourite restaurant is quick. Here you'll see step by step how it works.
1. Browse the menu
Open the menu – via the QR code at your table or through the website. At the top you can choose your language. For every dish you see a photo, the price, allergens and notes like incl. VAT (MwSt.) or a deposit (Pfand) amount.
2. Add to cart
Pick a dish and customise it: size, extras or option groups, and with „Please without …" you can leave ingredients out. The price updates instantly as you do. Then you add the dish to your cart.
3. Choose pickup or delivery
In the cart you decide whether you'd like to pick it up or have it delivered. For delivery you enter your address; the delivery fee and minimum order value are shown to you right away.
4. Choose a preferred time
Pick a preferred time within the opening and delivery hours. The time shown is at first a provisional guideline and becomes binding as soon as the restaurant accepts your order.
5. Pay
- Cash payment is usually available to you; card on site isn't offered by every restaurant. If you choose to pay on site, you'll need a phone number and have to briefly confirm your order via the confirmation link – otherwise it's cancelled automatically.
- Online payment is available depending on the restaurant and is handled securely through a vetted payment partner.
Before you finish, you check everything and order with the „Order with obligation to pay" button.
6. Receipt & order history
After ordering you can have a receipt shown (depending on the restaurant, an invoice on request too). You'll find your order history under „My orders" – it's stored on this device, so it isn't synced across devices.
For delivery you see – where available – a map with the route and an estimated arrival time. That's an estimate for guidance; the driver's exact location isn't available.
Changing or cancelling an order
As long as the restaurant hasn't started preparing it, you can cancel your order within the cancellation window via your order history. If you paid online, the amount is refunded. Once the window has passed, it's best to contact the restaurant directly via WhatsApp or phone.
