Go-Live Checklist (everything ready to start)

What is this? This checklist summarises what should be ready before launch. There is no hard lock – your website is reachable from the very beginning. Work through the points one by one.

1. Complete the mandatory information

Enter all mandatory imprint fields, the tax mode, and the alcohol and reusable-packaging declarations until the notice banner in the control centre disappears → Mandatory information & business details.

2. Build the menu & set tax rates

• Create categories and dishes → Categories, Create a new dish (or via photo scan / import).
• Assign a VAT rate (MwSt.) to each category → Set VAT rates. Unassigned categories remain untaxed – so complete this step before launch.

3. Service, times & delivery prices

• Choose the service type → Service type.
• For delivery, set at least one delivery price → by postcode or by distance.
• Set opening & ordering times and preparation times.

4. Choose payment methods

Cash payment is available immediately → Cash & card on site. You can optionally set up an online payment in addition → Activate online payment.

5. Complete your presence

Check your profile & contact details, add a logo & homepage images.

6. Make it visible

Turn off “Hide website from search engines” if you had enabled it during setup → Website settings. This is the actual launch step.

7. Optional
