Confirm Order & Time Limit (Cash Payment)
What is this? If you paid on-site (cash or card), you need to confirm your order briefly so the restaurant can get started. You'll find an overview under How ordering works.
How you confirm
- After ordering you'll receive a confirmation link (and, if set up, a WhatsApp message).
- Open the link and tap “Confirm order”. After that “Your order is confirmed” appears.
Important: please confirm promptly
If you do not confirm, your order will be cancelled automatically after a short while – the restaurant only begins once your confirmation has arrived. So it's best to confirm right away via the link.
Already paid online?
If you paid online, your order is already binding – in that case no additional confirmation is needed.
If something doesn't work
- If it says “Already confirmed”, everything is fine – you don't need to do anything else.
- If an error appears, it's best to call the restaurant directly.
