Access (Art. 15), Erasure & Anonymisation

What is this? Here you handle the data-protection requests of your guests - access, erasure and anonymisation. The overview is provided by Legally Compliant Menu. You work in the GDPR (DSGVO) area of the order centre.

Access (Art. 15 GDPR / DSGVO)

  1. Search for a guest's orders - by email, phone, order number or date.
  2. You receive an overview that you can export as a file (JSON).

Erase & Anonymise

  1. On the same search result, choose Anonymise or Delete cancelled and anonymise the rest.
  2. For security, entering your password again is required.
  3. Every action is logged.

Log

A log records every access, anonymisation and erasure with the time and the count.

Important: difference from clearing up

Emptying the archive lists in the order centre is not a data-protection erasure (see Clear up archives). A genuine erasure/anonymisation takes place only via this GDPR area.
