Allergens, Additives & Labelling

What is this? Allergens (LMIV) and additives (E numbers) appear automatically in the right place. For the legal overview, see Legally Compliant Menu, and for the menu overview, Digital Menu.

Storing allergens and additives

1. Open the dish and go to the Allergens & Additives step.
2. Select the applicable allergens and additives (E numbers).
3. Save. The details then appear as a short line on the dish, in the cart and in the order history, in the guest's language.

When guests deselect ingredients

If a guest deselects an ingredient via “Please without …”, the allergen information is automatically recalculated so that it matches the actual composition.

When nothing is stored

If a dish has no allergens or additives, the line stays hidden – no empty note appears.
