Order history, receipt & shipment tracking
What is this? After ordering, you'll find your receipt and your order history. For the overview, see How ordering works.
Your order history
Under „My orders“ you'll see your most recent orders with their status and details (e.g. allergens). The history is stored on this device – it is not synced across devices, and the status shown is not a live status from the kitchen. With „Clear history“ you only empty it on this device.
Receipt (and an invoice if applicable)
Via „Show receipt“ you get a receipt as a PDF. Depending on the restaurant you can also receive an invoice on request – a receipt is not automatically an invoice.
Track your delivery
For a delivery you'll see – provided your restaurant offers this and you agree – a map with the route and an estimated arrival time. This is an estimate to help you get your bearings; the driver's exact location is not available. During the delivery, some restaurants additionally show a phone number for questions.
