Cancel an order

What is this? As long as the restaurant hasn't started preparing your food yet, you can often cancel your order yourself. For an overview, see How ordering works.

How to cancel

  1. Open your order in your order history (“My orders”).
  2. Tap “Cancel”. If it works, the order switches to “Cancelled”.
  3. If you paid online, the amount is refunded automatically.

When it's no longer possible

  • If the cancellation window has passed or preparation has already started, you can no longer cancel online. In that case, it's best to contact the restaurant directly via WhatsApp or phone – a suitable link will be offered to you.
  • Some restaurants only offer cancellation by phone.
