Sign in to the panel & reset your password
What is this? The management area (your panel) is the place where you maintain your restaurant – menu, delivery, payments, orders and accounting. This is where you sign in.
How to sign in
- Open the management area of your restaurant.
- Enter your email address and password and confirm.
- On the first start after the contract has been confirmed, a short welcome dialog guides you through the language selection; the control centre (dashboard) then opens.
Reset your password
- On the sign-in page, select “Forgot password”.
- Enter your email address – you will receive a one-time link by email.
- Choose a new password. It must be at least 12 characters long and contain one uppercase and one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character.
- After the reset, for security reasons you are signed out on all devices and sign in again with the new password.
If signing in does not work
- “This access has been deactivated” – the access is blocked. Please contact support.
- Too many failed attempts – sign-in is briefly blocked; wait a moment and try again.
- Notices such as “Session expired”, “signed out” or “password reset” are normal and only tell you why the sign-in page appears.
- Via the support link on the sign-in page you can reach help directly if needed.
