Sign in to the panel & reset your password

What is this? The management area (your panel) is the place where you maintain your restaurant – menu, delivery, payments, orders and accounting. This is where you sign in.

How to sign in

  1. Open the management area of your restaurant.
  2. Enter your email address and password and confirm.
  3. On the first start after the contract has been confirmed, a short welcome dialog guides you through the language selection; the control centre (dashboard) then opens.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select “Forgot password”.
  2. Enter your email address – you will receive a one-time link by email.
  3. Choose a new password. It must be at least 12 characters long and contain one uppercase and one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character.
  4. After the reset, for security reasons you are signed out on all devices and sign in again with the new password.

If signing in does not work

  • “This access has been deactivated” – the access is blocked. Please contact support.
  • Too many failed attempts – sign-in is briefly blocked; wait a moment and try again.
  • Notices such as “Session expired”, “signed out” or “password reset” are normal and only tell you why the sign-in page appears.
  • Via the support link on the sign-in page you can reach help directly if needed.
