Understanding subscription, term & lock screens

What is this? Your access and your ordering operation depend on an active subscription. This page explains what the various notices and locks mean.

Keeping an eye on the term

In the control centre you see a licence display showing the remaining term. Keep an eye on it so that administration and order acceptance continue without interruption.

What each lock means

• Administration locked – the term for the panel has expired; administration is temporarily locked.
• Order acceptance locked ("Ordering paused") – the term for online ordering has expired; the menu stays visible, but checkout is locked. (Not to be confused with the Activate online ordering switch, which you control yourself.)
• Data-protection notice – if the confirmed data processing agreement (AV-Vertrag) is missing, operation may be restricted.

What you can do

If a lock appears, contact support to renew your subscription or supply the missing detail. After that, everything is available to you as usual.
